Welcome to 444g, an online betting and gaming information platform operating at 444g.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 444g ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the platform and all associated services.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on or otherwise using 444g, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of 444g including visitors, registered account holders, depositing players and any other persons who interact with the platform in any capacity. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 444g website, associated subdomains, mobile applications and all related services accessible at 444g.cam.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the Platform, created following the registration procedure set out in these Terms.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other gaming activity offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive offered by 444g subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Funds" means any monetary value deposited into or withdrawn from your Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as accepted by the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under applicable regulations and platform policy.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off periods and other player protection mechanisms available on the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, data, images, graphics, software, functionality and other materials available on or through the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, copyrights, patents, designs, database rights and other proprietary rights associated with the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 444g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator and/or the applicable license jurisdiction. This platform is strictly for adults only. Minors are expressly prohibited from using the Platform.
2. You must be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your country, state or province before registering or depositing funds.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited. 444g reserves the right to reject registrations and close accounts from restricted territories.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons under legal guardianship, those declared legally incapacitated or those under court orders restricting their financial dealings are not eligible to register.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of 444g, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless specific written permission has been obtained from 444g management.
6. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 444g or any other gambling operator, national self-exclusion registry or court-ordered gambling restriction.

4.1   Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts (also referred to as "duplicate accounts") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with any pending bonuses forfeited.

4.2   When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. The provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 444g will not be held liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to adequately secure your login details.

4.4   KYC Verification: 444g reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds or account closure.

4.5   You must promptly notify 444g of any changes to your registered details by contacting the support team. Accounts may be temporarily suspended pending the update and re-verification of changed personal information.

4.6   444g reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application without providing reasons for doing so.

5.1   Your access to and use of 444g is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and 444g does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

5.2   You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, its content, data or functionality without the prior written consent of 444g is strictly prohibited.

5.3   You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or profit from any wager. Past performance of any bet, game or market is not indicative of future results.

5.4   You are solely responsible for all wagers and decisions made through your Account. 444g will not accept liability for bets placed in error, bets placed under the influence of substances, or bets you later regret.

5.5   444g provides its platform and services in English as the primary language. Where Urdu language support is available through customer support channels, this does not extend to an obligation to provide all platform content in Urdu.

6.1   All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 unless a different minimum is displayed at the point of transaction.

6.2   Payment method availability varies by operator and may include bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These payment brands are referenced as familiar local payment references only. Their listing here does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any such institution, nor a guarantee of their availability as a deposit or withdrawal channel at the time of your transaction.

6.3   Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. 444g reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

6.4   All deposits made to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any funds received from a third-party source may be returned or forfeited.

6.5   444g does not accept deposits sourced from any illegal activity. By depositing funds, you confirm that the source of your funds is lawful and that you are complying with all applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

6.6   Processing timelines for deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method, verification status and volume of requests. 444g will endeavour to communicate estimated timelines clearly but does not guarantee processing within any specific period.

7.1   From time to time, 444g may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentives. All bonus offers are subject to specific bonus terms which will be published alongside each promotion.

7.2   Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" requirements). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirement figures referenced on the platform are illustrative examples unless otherwise confirmed as current live promotions.

7.3   Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged. Only one Account per household, IP address or device may claim a first-deposit welcome bonus.

7.4   444g reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice where circumstances require, including where the bonus has been obtained fraudulently or through exploitation of a technical error.

7.5   Bonus expiry periods apply. Any bonus credit remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically. Expiry timelines will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

8.1   All sports betting, casino gaming and other wagering activities on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each event, game type or market. These rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

8.2   For cricket betting, including PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC tournaments and bilateral international series, bets are settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules at the time of market creation. References to PSL, ICC and Pakistan cricket are for sports context only. 444g has no official partnership or affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the PSL, the ICC or any team or franchise.

8.3   444g reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by technical errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors, or event cancellations. In such circumstances, voided bets will be returned at the original stake.

8.4   Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, sport, event and account status.

8.5   Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to additional conditions. Bets accepted in-play are final once confirmed by the Platform's bet acceptance system, subject to void conditions set out in these Terms.

9.1   444g is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion.

9.2   Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you have the right to request self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by our support team. Once self-excluded, you will be prevented from accessing your Account or placing any wagers for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting others to create duplicate accounts;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information, including false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 18+ age restriction;
• Exploiting software errors, technical bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using any automated software, bots, scrapers or other tools to interact with the Platform without express written permission;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation or corruption related to any event offered on the Platform;
• Abusing promotional offers, including systematic bonus hunting, arbitrage across platforms, or coordinated exploitation of bonus terms;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which access is prohibited, using a VPN or other technological means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, other users or third parties through any communication channel associated with 444g;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases or other users' accounts.

11.1   All content, design, trademarks, logos, software and other intellectual property on the 444g platform are the exclusive property of 444g or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 444g.

11.3   Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide to 444g regarding the Platform become the property of 444g and may be used without restriction, attribution or compensation to you.

12.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444g and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

12.2   444g's total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

12.3   444g does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device.

12.4   444g accepts no liability for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, whether such losses result from your own decisions, technical errors, service interruptions or any other cause.

13.1   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444g is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2   Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the 444g support and disputes resolution team. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.

13.3   Pakistani users are reminded that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may affect the enforceability of certain provisions of these Terms in Pakistan. 444g makes no representation about the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan and strongly advises users to seek independent legal advice regarding their obligations under Pakistani law.

14.1   444g reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users by email or through an on-platform notification.

14.2   Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14.3   It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 444g recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you access the Platform after a period of absence.
